Social Marketing Campaign Service

A vendor is sought to execute a comprehensive one-month social marketing campaign in Hawaii. The selected provider will be responsible for developing all creative assets, including still images, design concepts, and advertisement mock-ups. Responsibilities also include planning and procuring advertising placements, conducting both photography and videography shoots, editing multimedia assets, and ensuring that only appropriately licensed music and images are used.

The campaign should feature authentic, culturally relevant stories tailored to the local audience. Vendors must produce and present work-in-progress snapshots—such as sample imagery and social media previews—to demonstrate project viability throughout the campaign lifecycle. Additionally, the vendor will be required to produce an anticipated production schedule, identifying possible challenges and proposing solutions to potential barriers before project completion.

Advertising placements will encompass social media, search engine, and out-of-home channels, with a focus on reaching geographic areas with limited broadband access. At the conclusion of the campaign, the vendor is expected to analyze and report on campaign performance.
