DESCRIPTION

A Michigan-based entity is seeking vendors to provide comprehensive social listening, social intelligence, and strategic advisory services. Key requirements include the ability to conduct social listening and analyze online conversations, as well as perform audience or sentiment analysis to gain deeper insights into public opinion.
