Social-Emotional Learning Multi-Tiered System of Supports and Student Intervention Digital Platform

The state of Maryland is seeking a comprehensive digital platform to support social-emotional learning (SEL) and multi-tiered student interventions for the Pre-K–12 population. The primary users will be the Department of Student Services, with potential use by other departments within the public school system.

The selected platform must deliver age-appropriate SEL lessons and activities, implement tiered interventions addressing academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs, and offer evidence-based drug prevention and intervention modules in at least English and Spanish. The solution should include professional development and training services to empower educators and staff with effective strategies and resources for platform utilization.

Robust tracking, monitoring, and reporting tools are required to assess student engagement, outcomes, and overall program effectiveness. The platform should offer real-time dashboards that allow educators and administrators to monitor progress at the classroom, school, and district levels. Seamless technical implementation, integration with existing systems, and accessibility across all schools are essential, along with ongoing support and maintenance to ensure the platform remains operational, sustainable, and scalable throughout the contract period.
