DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide social and digital media data analytics services to assist with the creation and execution of targeted social media campaigns. Responsibilities include gathering and aggregating data from major social media platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, and LinkedIn, followed by comprehensive analysis to uncover patterns, trends, and audience preferences.

Based on the data, the vendor will develop a robust segmentation strategy, defining distinct target audience segments to customize campaign messages and content. The contractor will also collaborate with Marketing and Outreach teams to set agency campaign goals, objectives, and key performance indicators, and provide strategic recommendations for optimization across content strategy, ad targeting, and scheduling.

Placement options are expected to encompass a range of digital, streaming, and traditional channels, including over-the-top streaming platforms, social media, geofencing, Google search, native website placements, television, and radio.
