An organization is seeking a qualified provider for SMS short text services, specifically to facilitate application-to-person (A2P) communications through dedicated short codes. The selected vendor must deliver a solution that ensures rapid delivery of A2P text messages, with clearly defined message delivery times. Both transactional and marketing communications will be supported via dedicated SMS short codes.
In addition to message delivery, the provider is expected to offer managed services to assist with the provisioning, delivery, and ongoing management of SMS programs. The proposed SMS service must include a web administration interface that integrates seamlessly with the agency's existing authentication systems, ensuring ease of management and secure access.
The contract for these services is set for a period of three years.
