DESCRIPTION
An organization in Maryland is seeking a vendor to provide Smartsheet enterprise license services. The vendor will be responsible for delivering an Enterprise plan with a premium support package for licensed users, as well as a Smartsheet Advance Platinum package for connected users ranging from 1,000 to 1,249.
Additional responsibilities include supplying commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) Smartsheet software, managing manufacturer software maintenance, and providing enhanced Technical Account Management (TAM) services. Vendors with experience in software licensing, maintenance, and support of Smartsheet enterprise solutions are encouraged to express interest.
