Smartboard System

A municipality in Ohio is seeking a qualified vendor to provide, install, and support smartboard systems for its fire stations and administrative offices. These smartboard systems will be utilized to enhance training programs, streamline communications, and increase operational efficiency through advanced interactive display technology.

The selected vendor will supply smartboard units complete with necessary accessories, including touchscreen displays, styluses, integrated speakers, cameras, and mounting hardware. Installation services must ensure each smartboard is securely mounted to a supporting surface and fully compatible with the existing technology infrastructure, encompassing dispatch systems, training software, legacy smartboards, and network connectivity.

Vendors must offer comprehensive service agreements covering troubleshooting, software and firmware updates, and overall system enhancement for a minimum period of three years at no additional cost. The solution should include command software allowing remote management of all smartboards via a centralized administration console, as well as built-in wireless and wired Ethernet connectivity and detachable PC modules capable of running Windows 11 Pro. Additional software for whiteboarding, cloud-based storage, real-time screen sharing, device management, and digital annotation must be included to ensure seamless collaboration and operation across all connected devices.
