The requirement encompasses the maintenance, support, and periodic software upgrades for a total of 13 LAN licenses—comprising 10 open and 3 secure site licenses—over a period of five years. This software is integral to engineering modeling and simulation studies, enabling advanced uncertainty quantification (UQ) to enhance performance and reliability assessments for armaments systems.
Qualified vendors must ensure uninterrupted continuous access to the SmartUQ software and provide comprehensive customer support.
