The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC, IHD), intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a Smart Training Solutions Subscription. This subscription service will be provided by the National Institute for Metalworking Skills, INC, recognized as the sole source capable of fulfilling the government's requirements in this area.
