Key features should include robust document search capabilities, allowing searches by filename, metadata, and document content. The solution must provide offline access to critical resources such as as-built drawings, shut-off locations, device and system maps, and emergency information on mobile devices. Additional functionalities should encompass file sharing through URL links, mark-up and annotation tools, basic measuring utilities, and fillable forms for inspections, maintenance logs, and checklists.
