The US Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) is organizing a site visit in support of the Final Fair Opportunity Proposal Request (FOPR) for the LRSO Carriage Equipment, under solicitation FA2103–25–R–B001. This event will take place at the 409th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group (AMARG) on Davis–Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, from November 18 to November 21, 2025.
The site visit is open exclusively to vendors and subcontractors participating in the Enterprise Wide Agile Acquisition Contract (EWAAC). Each vendor may have up to four representatives attend. Subcontractors interested in participating are required to specify their prospective EWAAC Prime contractors when submitting their attendance request. All event details and specific participation requirements are provided in the official event attachment.
Attendees must RSVP no later than 12:00 PM CDT on November 3, 2025. This opportunity allows qualified vendors and subcontractors to gain further insight into the project requirements for the LRSO Carriage Equipment and to engage with the project coordinators.
