The government authority in Albany, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive site infrastructure, civil engineering, and surveying services under a term agreement. The scope of work may include modifications, replacements, or reconfiguration of site infrastructure systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and communications distribution systems. Additional responsibilities cover upgrades to roadways, parking areas, walkways, stairs, plazas, various paving systems, signage, fencing, amenities, and athletic fields.
During construction, the selected vendor will be responsible for field administration, conducting inspections, preparing progress reports, and managing biweekly progress meetings. Planning activities may involve investigation and comparative analysis of design scenarios, peer reviews, surveying and utility location, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, evaluation of site and system conditions, capacity requirements, construction phasing, impact analysis, cost estimations, and other related services necessary for a full description of the proposed design scenarios.
The contract period for these services will be three years.
