DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Albany, New York, is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive site infrastructure, civil engineering, and surveying services under a term agreement. The scope of work may include modifications, replacements, or reconfiguration of site infrastructure systems such as mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and communications distribution systems. Additional responsibilities cover upgrades to roadways, parking areas, walkways, stairs, plazas, various paving systems, signage, fencing, amenities, and athletic fields.

During construction, the selected vendor will be responsible for field administration, conducting inspections, preparing progress reports, and managing biweekly progress meetings.
