This RFP seeks a vendor to deliver comprehensive project management services for site audits and signage content creation across Ireland. The engagement encompasses the entire project lifecycle, including onsite audits, GIS-based asset recording, Irish language compliance assessments, and the development of new bilingual signage content. The scope covers initial audits and field data collection, detailed analysis, content preparation, translation, and graphic design coordination, with project completion culminating in final reporting and formal handover.

The vendor will audit existing signage and related site assets, conduct condition assessments of recreational furniture, and review Irish language compliance, particularly for trail signs and map boards. Responsibilities also include preparing new content for signage in collaboration with approved framework suppliers, coordinating translation and graphic design, overseeing the manufacture and installation of new and replacement signage across 50 high-usage recreation forests and additional sites, and updating the GIS-enabled digital asset register post-installation. Ongoing project management, reporting, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and final project handover complete the engagement.
