The Army Contracting Command – Redstone Arsenal (ACC–RSA) has a sole source requirement for a subscription renewal to the Silicon Expert PS Platform tool. The Silicon Expert software is recognized as the only predictive tool capable of providing counterfeit risk assessment for electronic components, as well as access to an extensive database of historic part datasheets which is essential for tracking and verifying the status of legacy parts.
This renewal includes yearly maintenance services for the proprietary and copyrighted software. While this is a sole source procurement in accordance with federal acquisition regulations, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which will be considered by the agency.
