KEY REQUIREMENTS

DESCRIPTION

The City of Pasadena seeks a vendor to provide a comprehensive signal performance measures application service for the metro A-line traffic signal network. The desired solution must include robust software and firmware capable of generating actionable signal performance metrics, identifying traffic signal improvements, offering surveillance solutions, and recommending necessary hardscape enhancements driven by analytic results.

Key requirements include real-time analysis of intersection movements using advanced safety analytics, the ability to determine and report on overall and intersection-level network mobility efficiency, as well as in-depth infrastructure evaluations with clearly defined technology recommendations for improved network performance. The system must be able to communicate with existing traffic signal controllers and integrate seamlessly with current infrastructure to network additional components as needed.
