DESCRIPTION
This project requests vendors to deliver comprehensive signage services, including the engineering, fabrication, and installation of an integrated signage and wayfinding system. Scope encompasses a variety of sign types, such as exterior primary monument signs, building-mounted supergraphics, and interior ADA-compliant room identification and wayfinding plaques.
The selected vendor is responsible for pre-fabrication engineering, including on-site measurements of all installation points to assess dimensions and substrate conditions, as well as providing final structural calculations and electrical engineering for each sign. All materials need to meet the professional aesthetic specified in the design bid set, ensuring high craftsmanship, durability against vandalism and environmental exposure, and compliance with codes. All submittals and samples must be reviewed and approved prior to any fabrication work. The project also includes shipping, installation, ongoing maintenance, and warranty.
Vendors must submit all project questions no later than April 1, 2026.
