Submit proposals meeting specified content requirements, including a cover sheet, table of contents, letter of interest, body of proposal, and appendices
Letter of interest must include legal name, State of Incorporation, UBI number, Federal Tax ID number, DUNS number (if available), and a single point of contact
Body of proposal must address evaluation criteria and be no longer than 10 double-sided letter sized pages
Appendices must include full resumes for key team members, required certifications/licenses, and required proposal forms
Comply with all specifications outlined in the Request for Proposal
Be licensed to conduct business in Washington and registered with the WA State Department of Revenue
Collect and report all applicable taxes
Provide a list of three client references from higher education, government, or public education for similar projects
Comply with Workers Right to Know legislation regarding hazardous substances (MSDS and labeling)
Pay for and maintain in current status any necessary license fees, assessments, and permit charges
Include all customs duties, brokerage, or import fees in the RFP
Warrant that all materials, equipment, and services are fit for purpose, merchantable, and conform to specifications
Warrant fault-free performance in processing date and date-related data
Warrant that prices do not exceed those charged to other customers for similar goods/services
Ensure all materials, equipment, or services are free of liens, claims, or encumbrances
Make deliveries during normal work hours and within proposed timeframes
Ship goods FOB Destination freight prepaid and included (unless otherwise specified)

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive signage production and installation services within the Campus Center Building. The scope of work includes the production and installation of various signage elements across all three floors of the facility.

Specifically, the project involves the manufacturing and placement of 25 non-illuminated circular dimensional blade signs for wayfinding, 6 vinyl directories placed on elevator doors, 2 main stairwell vinyl directories, stairwell floor-level identification signs, room identification vinyl signs for storefront doors, window privacy frosting for the Student Center (ASBTC) windows, and exterior building identification with address letters. All questions regarding this project must be submitted by March 18, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting will be held on March 17, 2026.

Vendors should demonstrate experience in producing and installing complex signage solutions for institutional or educational facilities.
