DESCRIPTION
The City is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive review of its signage ordinances and offer professional recommendations to enhance the existing signage program. The scope includes evaluating current city policies, ordinances, and regulatory standards related to signage, as well as assessing their effectiveness in practice.
Consultants will conduct a high-level inventory and assessment of signage types currently permitted under city policy. The review will also encompass signage approved through formal requests, such as Master Sign Programs or Conditional Use Permits, which may differ from the adopted regulations. Additionally, the consultant will evaluate types of signage that are currently restricted or prohibited to determine if modifications or new allowances are warranted.
