DESCRIPTION

The selected vendor will provide consulting services to develop a comprehensive signage implementation plan. This includes creating a reference guide to inform the final design, operation, maintenance, long-term planning, and phased implementation of wayfinding signage across the organization.

The scope includes formulating a signage and wayfinding master plan, piloting center-specific signage, improving map readability, enhancing color contrast, and facilitating efficient updates to content. The plan will address gaps such as park-specific sign development and create a governance framework to guide future signage solicitation, installation, integration, operation, and lifecycle management.

A thorough gap analysis of the current signage system and associated documents will be conducted to identify areas for improvement in design, placement, messaging, integration, cost lifecycle management, and missing typologies. The process will include evaluating pilot outcomes and aligning the plan with current and planned city initiatives to identify challenges, dependencies, and collaborative opportunities.
