DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will be responsible for the production and installation of a wide range of signage, including interior and exterior wayfinding signs, projecting signs, decals, building signs (with or without illumination), pylon and monument signs (with options for LED reader boards, light boxes, etc.), dimensional letter signs, regulatory signage, banners, and sign holders. All sign designs must adhere to the township’s wayfinding sign guidelines and include wayfinding reviews and design packages as needed.

Scope of work will also encompass preparation of engineering designs, drawing sets, and management of sign permit applications. Compliance with requirements such as braille translation and printing is required. Installation includes mounting signs on various surfaces such as walls, ceilings, poles/posts, and grounds, with both interior and exterior placements. Regular sign maintenance and repair services will also be part of the contract.
