DESCRIPTION
This RFP seeks a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive sign design, fabrication, and installation services, including commissioning an artist or artist team to create and implement a site-specific sculpture. The selected entity will be responsible for developing final design documents that reflect the approved concept proposal and address all features of the sculpture, ensuring smooth integration with the designated site.
