DESCRIPTION
The City of Omaha, Nebraska is seeking experienced vendors to provide comprehensive sidewalk construction services. The scope of work includes removal of existing curbs, sidewalks, pavements, and driveways; grading and forming; construction of combination curb and gutter systems; and installation of curb ramps and truncated domes. The contractor will also install new sidewalks, driveways, walls, and complete all necessary grading to ensure proper alignment with existing ground conditions.
Additional responsibilities include saw cutting, clearing and grubbing, sprinkler system repairs, installation of erosion control matting, seeding, and sodding. Detectable warnings must be incorporated as required. Site restoration and any ancillary tasks necessary to match the surrounding environment are also expected as part of the contract.
Vendors with questions regarding the project must submit inquiries by December 9, 2025.
