DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to produce a short film documentary capturing the construction and opening of a bridge project. The production will require high-definition filming, including time-lapse photography and drone aerial video, to comprehensively document key milestones of the project.

Filming will occur both on-site and off-site, including imagery from fabrication yards in Belgium and potentially filming bridge sections during shipment. The provider will be responsible for all aspects of sound mixing, editing, and post-production. Additionally, the project includes research-oriented tasks, such as ensuring the historical accuracy and including relevant community perspectives in the area featured.
