DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive short documentary film services, overseeing the development and production of a short documentary film tailored for both internal and external audiences. The engagement encompasses a full spectrum of creative and technical responsibilities in audiovisual production, including story development, maintaining alignment with established cultural protocols, on-site filming, interview facilitation, video editing, accessibility compliance, and preparing final deliverables.

A central requirement is that all content must be developed through a culturally grounded, Indigenous-directed approach, ensuring respectful representation and the integrity of the narrative throughout the project. Deliverables will include a completed short documentary or documentaries as well as multiple short-form video assets of varying lengths intended for use as trailers, on social media platforms, and within institutional communications.
