A one-year subscription service is sought for the SHARP performance mobile application, to be used on both iOS (version 15.1 or later) and Android devices. The chosen vendor will provide access to the application and must supply a demonstration link for review as part of their proposal. The mobile app should feature an intuitive, user-friendly interface and comply with high security standards, ensuring all user data is encrypted during transit and at rest.
The selected vendor is required to deliver initial 'train-the-trainer' instructions, either in print or by email, to facilitate smooth onboarding. Ongoing responsibilities include providing technical support within a specified response time and regularly updating the application with optimizations, bug fixes, and necessary enhancements. This opportunity is reserved exclusively for Total Small Business vendors, and a total quantity of 18 licenses or subscriptions will be needed for the contract period.
