Seeking an experienced developer and administrator for SharePoint Online and Power Automate to design, support, and optimize enterprise intranet solutions for a New York-based agency.

DESCRIPTION


The selected vendor will provide comprehensive SharePoint Power Automate development and administration services. Responsibilities include technical design, construction, and deployment of SharePoint Online sites, encompassing custom web parts utilizing SharePoint Framework, React, and TypeScript. The scope extends to developing, configuring, and maintaining both enterprise intranet and departmental collaboration sites, ensuring alignment with agency branding, governance requirements, and accessibility standards.

The vendor will design and implement Microsoft Power Automate cloud flows and Power Platform solutions to streamline business processes, including approvals and notifications. Integration of APIs between SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and line-of-business systems is required, as is the creation of reusable templates and content types to support scalable business processes. The provider will manage SharePoint permissions, security groups, and identity integration through Microsoft Entra ID, as well as deliver training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users and administrators.

Further expectations include identifying process improvement opportunities through SharePoint and Power Platform technologies, monitoring site performance, usage analytics, and troubleshooting. Extensive experience in enterprise SharePoint design, development, administration, user interface development, and supporting end users is required.
