DESCRIPTION


This RFP seeks a vendor to provide operational and advisory support for SharePoint Online portals within a Microsoft 365 (M365) environment. The selected firm will deliver advanced administration and configuration services for SharePoint Online, including assistance with site architecture, templates, navigation, permissions, and performance optimization. Support will be required for enhancements to existing SharePoint sites and their functionality.

The provider will offer advisory support on M365 tenant administration and configuration, contribute to governance models, policies, and standards across all M365 workloads, and assist in evaluating and responding to impacts from Microsoft roadmap and platform updates. Services also include ongoing configuration, refinement, and troubleshooting of records classification, retention, and disposition capabilities, utilizing tools such as Microsoft Purview.

Additionally, advisory and technical support is expected for Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform components integrated with SharePoint. Guidance related to Microsoft Copilot readiness, enablement, and governance is also required, ensuring seamless operations and compliance across the platform.
