DESCRIPTION

The University seeks a qualified vendor to provide migration services for SharePoint, Microsoft email, and OneDrive domains, consolidating all UADA Microsoft services and devices into the University's central Microsoft 365 tenant. This migration aims to reduce redundant costs, enable unified communications, streamline collaboration, and enhance secure data access, all while ensuring continuous operation, maintaining data integrity, and preserving institutional autonomy.

Requirements include expertise in identity architecture within Entra ID, efficient handling of UPN/SMTP conflicts, and object ID–aware file and permission migrations. Vendors should have Microsoft Solutions Partner designation and advanced specializations related to Microsoft 365, Modern Work, or Security. The provider must utilize tools or accelerators capable of managing terabyte-scale migrations, with reporting that confirms permission parity.

The scope covers full departmental SharePoint data migrations—including Microsoft Teams group data and all current sharing and permission structures. Teams Phone (VoIP) migrations should include Teams structure migrations where supported, number porting, license alignment, and, when feasible, the migration of voicemails and contacts.
