KIPP regions in California are seeking a vendor to provide a shared applicant tracking system (ATS) designed to streamline the recruitment process and enhance user experience for recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. The solution should offer an intuitive interface accessible on both mobile and desktop platforms, support configurable automation, and provide regionally adaptable tools to optimize efficiency.
The selected vendor will be expected to lead solution design and configuration, manage end-to-end implementation—including data migration, change management, training, post-launch support, and system integration—and ensure ongoing scalability to accommodate additional regions and evolving needs.
