DESCRIPTION


A government authority in Merced, California is seeking a vendor to provide a sexually transmitted infections (STI) prevention program. The scope of work includes supporting testing, treatment, and linkage to care for priority populations impacted by STIs such as HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis C. The vendor will be responsible for conducting outreach, HIV, Syphilis, and HCV antibody testing, as well as providing patient navigation, care coordination, and treatment for high-risk individuals.

Timely reporting is required, with syphilis cases to be reported by electronic transmission, telephone, or mail within one working day of identification, and HIV cases to be reported by telephone within one working day. The selected vendor must also provide appropriate reporting templates upon contract execution and demonstrate previous experience with similar services. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
