DESCRIPTION

A responsible vendor is sought to provide exclusive pouring rights for beverage service at seven venues. The selected vendor will obtain the exclusive right to serve beverages within the arena exhibition hall and related locations. This includes exclusive product and logo identification on all arena cups and dispensing equipment.

The vendor may also propose additional marketing opportunities, such as point of sale advertising, concession or menu board advertisements, and promotional activities including giveaways, product samplings, and the production of printed materials. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 1, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for March 30, 2026.
