DESCRIPTION


A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive managed services for a ServiceNow platform under a three-year managed service partnership. The selected vendor will be expected to enhance the organization's ServiceNow operations, applying both industry and ServiceNow best practices to optimize and innovate business processes.

Responsibilities include delivering ongoing advisory services to align company processes with evolving standards, creating solutions for stakeholder needs, ensuring timely support, implementing upgrades for operational efficiency, and developing a strategic roadmap for both the entire platform and individual ServiceNow modules. Specific tasks involve system and user administration, IT Operations Management (discovery, service mapping, MID servers), upgrade and enhancement implementation, integration development, and support for mobile and agent apps.
