A Florida agency is seeking a ServiceNow 'Elite' or 'Global Elite' partner to provide comprehensive ServiceNow licensing, support, and consulting services. The selected partner will play a critical role in replacing the agency's current IT Service Management (ITSM) system and will be responsible for the implementation of ServiceNow IT Service Management Pro. This implementation aims to equip the agency with advanced ITIL features necessary to manage current and future call volumes effectively.
The contractor must possess the capability to interface directly with ServiceNow for the registry and management of all software subscriptions and support plans. Additionally, the contractor is required to maintain staff who are authorized to provide pre-sales consultation for all ServiceNow product offerings. Throughout the contract, designated key personnel must be available to provide quotes, recommendations, and account issue resolutions. The contractor will also provide a pre-sales account solutions representative to assist the agency in identifying appropriate ServiceNow services, consult on enhancements to existing production software, advise on new offerings, and determine the quantities needed for a tailored agency solution.
