DESCRIPTION

A client in Washington is seeking a vendor to provide ServiceNow development and implementation consulting services. This engagement will involve ongoing development and configuration support, as well as strategic consulting to strengthen platform stability and maintainability. Key areas include supporting ITSM Pro modules (such as Incident, Problem, Change, Requests, and Knowledge), Strategic Portfolio Management Pro (covering programs, portfolios, projects, demands, and agile tools), and Software Asset Management Pro, with an emphasis on graph connection configuration and discovery.

Additional responsibilities include supporting custom API integrations, Integrated Risk Management (IRM), and the creation or modification of forms, notifications, UI policies and actions, Service Portal features, workflows, custom scripts and applications, catalog items, record producers, surveys, and inbound actions. Advisory and governance tasks will involve platform governance, environment strategy, upgrade planning, road mapping, KPI definition, and performance analytics. The contract requires flexible capacity, including participation in live working sessions for at least six hours per week. The initial contract period is one year.
