DESCRIPTION

The organization is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive service of process web service solution. The solution must support private service of process (SOP), including serving petitions and motions, and offer a robust tracking system for service requests. Qualified private process servers should be available for service requests across Texas, the United States, and internationally, with the capability to file service documents with local district courts.

Additionally, the service must provide expert witness testimony and other litigation support as requested. The contractor is required to submit an organizational chart detailing the proposed implementation team, including the Implementation Manager and all leads and staff. The system will enable XML-based document communication between the service vendor and the Service of Process application, supporting operations such as address location reporting, tracking the status of SOP requests, and notification of service results. Security handling will include SOAP fault management for user authentication errors.
