The scope includes implementing a modern service desk featuring self-service capabilities and an intuitive interface for support requests related to digital modernization, payroll, and human capital management.
The selected vendor will be responsible for providing real-time dashboards and analytics to enhance IT service delivery and improve customer satisfaction, as well as deploying a comprehensive system for tracking and optimizing physical IT assets across their lifecycle.
