DESCRIPTION

A government authority in Middletown, Connecticut is seeking a qualified vendor to complete the renovation of the 12,300-square-foot servery and cafeteria at Conard High School. The scope of work includes demolition of existing flooring, ceilings and soffits, portions of masonry walls, and accordion partitions.

The project requires movable partitions that will be supported by new design–build structures, which must be designed by a licensed engineer.
