DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Ohio is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide self-funded vision administration services. The vendor will be responsible for managing self-funded vision benefit plans for eligible employees, which include both full-time staff and part-time staff who are budgeted to work at least 35 hours bi-weekly but less than 60 hours.
To participate in the program, employees must purchase both dental and vision benefits as a bundled package. Vendors are expected to provide competitive proposals for administering these plans, including all necessary services to ensure effective management of the vision benefits. All interested parties must submit any questions related to the RFP no later than March 10, 2026.
