SUMMARY

Seeking a vendor to provide and implement a Security Video Management System for multiple Illinois tollway facilities, including migration and integration services.

DESCRIPTION

The Illinois tollway is seeking a qualified vendor to provide and implement a Security Video Management System (SVMS) across multiple facilities. The scope includes supplying the central SVMS software application, any required workstation client applications, necessary software licenses, as well as data storage hardware and servers. The vendor will also be responsible for system maintenance, user training, implementation services, and ongoing technical support.

The selected vendor will install software solutions at various locations, including the central office, administrative office buildings, and mainline plaza offices. Collaboration with the Traffic and Incident Management (TIMS) team is required to support migration of existing API calls for videos and searches. The project includes migrating 756 current video devices, configuring an additional 100 wrong way driver (WWD) video sources, and ensuring the new system is operational throughout a 90-day burn-in period. Comprehensive integration and testing of the SVMS within the IT data center is expected. The resulting contract will span three years.
