DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a vendor to provide Security Operations Centre (SOC) Software as a Service to enhance their cybersecurity posture through threat intelligence, detection, and response capabilities.

The selected partner will deliver a managed or hybrid SOC model, collaborating closely with the agency’s existing team and leveraging current security tools. The solution must ensure resilient, highly available 24x7x365 SOC operations, including centralized monitoring, analytics, alert triage, investigation, and coordinated incident response using defined operational workflows and escalation procedures.

Services required include ingesting and correlating security telemetry across the agency's IT environment, cloud services, identity infrastructure, networks, applications, and endpoints. Vendors must use up-to-date threat intelligence to support detection, prioritization, and response activities aligned with the agency's risk profile. Additional responsibilities include incident response support, investigative assistance, post-incident analysis, and integration of vulnerability identification and prioritization activities. The solution must provide a secure SOC portal with role-based access controls, dashboards, and robust reporting features.

The contract will span three years. Vendors must submit any questions regarding this RFP by April 1, 2026.
