The City of Missouri is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform as part of a three-year engagement. The vendor will be responsible for recommending and facilitating the purchase of a SIEM platform that meets the City’s requirements, as well as overseeing the full project management process.
Key responsibilities include consultation throughout the implementation, general configuration, and facilitating knowledge transfer to City staff. The SIEM solution must support single sign-on (SSO) integration with the City's existing Active Directory or Azure Active Directory. The vendor will manage the functional installation, configuration, and integration of the SIEM platform, as well as deliver training, documentation, and orientation sessions for end users. Additionally, the vendor will provide guidance on configuration, APIs, and data collection from the City's technical infrastructure, enabling robust analysis, alerting, and dashboard reporting.
A support and stabilization plan is required, including a thirty-day period for minor adjustments and ongoing performance testing to ensure the effectiveness of the setup, alerting mechanisms, and reporting dashboards. The vendor will oversee readiness, transition, production launch, and handover to the City’s support team. The contract resulting from this solicitation will have a duration of three years.
