SUMMARY

Arizona seeks a vendor to provide a secure, standards-compliant security credential management system with certificate issuance, management, and dashboard capabilities.

DESCRIPTION

The state of Arizona is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a secure and standards-compliant Security Credential Management System (SCMS). The proposed solution must be capable of issuing, managing, and revoking digital certificates for the Institute, ensuring reliable protection for digital identities.

The SCMS should feature a comprehensive dashboard that displays all enrolled devices within the county's system, with real-time status updates on the certificates associated with each device. The system must maintain interoperability with current and future field deployments, ensuring long-term effectiveness and scalability.

Additionally, the solution requires a gateway appliance or service to function as an on-premises mechanism for routing certificate requests and issued certificates between relevant web services. The vendor will also be responsible for implementing a robust configuration management system designed to safeguard against cyberattacks, support various communication platforms, and facilitate timely security certificate refreshes.
