DESCRIPTION

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide security awareness training and automated phish response management software as a service (SaaS) solution. The platform must offer a comprehensive array of up-to-date training content—including interactive modules, games, posters, and newsletters—which can be shared with approximately 150 end users. Administrators should be able to select and deploy training content to all or a subset of licensed users for specific time frames, track training completion and progress, and send automated email reminders.

The solution must include integration with Microsoft Outlook, enabling users to report suspicious emails directly from their inbox. Upon report submission, the platform should notify designated administrators and include an initial classification of the email's severity. Additional capabilities include a robust interface for administrators to review and analyze reported emails, monitoring overall phishing trends, assessing training effectiveness, and collecting end user feedback via surveys. Single sign-on support and ongoing platform updates with dedicated administrator support are also required.

Questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 3, 2026.
