This RFP seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive security assessment services aimed at evaluating and validating the security posture of organizational systems, applications, and processes. The scope of work includes three core components: penetration testing for technical security validation, secure code reviews to ensure application security, and Red Team exercises for a holistic assessment incorporating human factors and process evaluation.

Vendors must maintain resource availability for concurrent assignments across multiple international locations, ensuring consistent service quality regardless of site. Coordination with local security teams is required when on-site presence is necessary, and vendors should provide resource rotation plans for extended engagements. Project planning must consider local working hours, holiday schedules, and secure remote access capabilities for off-site work. Backup resources must be available for critical on-site activities.

Primary on-site service locations for Red Team and Penetration Testing include major cities in Europe—Geneva, Vienna, Paris, Rome, The Hague, and Valencia—and the United States, specifically New York and Washington, DC.
