A government authority in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is seeking a vendor to provide security and infrastructure support work order services aimed at assisting its information technology department. The selected vendor will offer flexible and timely support for the authority's security and infrastructure support program, including advisory and strategy services for information and cyber security, AI, and data privacy. Services will also encompass third-party security assessments and the delivery of comprehensive, integrated security and infrastructure solutions to ensure the safety and reliability of a 565-mile toll road system in the face of evolving cybersecurity threats and infrastructure demands.
Key areas of responsibility will include: cybersecurity functions such as advanced threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance; identity and access management; network infrastructure management (including fiber optic broadband), cloud, and server management; traffic technology and communications; end user and service desk support; unified technology solutions including enterprise applications and data analytics; and a range of transportation technologies like intelligent transportation systems and vehicle-to-infrastructure integration for toll collection and connected vehicles. The contract has a five-year term.
