The selected provider will be responsible for handling a range of assets, including abandoned instruments and securities resulting from stock splits, mergers, and other transactions. The scope of work involves issuing sales proceed checks accompanied by detailed transaction breakdowns, returning worthless securities with proper documentation, and researching unlisted securities for private placement opportunities. Additionally, the vendor must maintain comprehensive records for all received investment instruments and provide monthly written reports detailing all transactions, including receipts, distributions, sales, exchanges, splits, dividends, mergers, redemptions, and worthless security determinations.
