Suffolk County Water Authority
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The authority is seeking a secure file transfer solution capable of handling large files, with a minimum capacity to send and receive files of at least 1 TB in size. The solution must include centralized administrative controls, allowing organization-wide policies to be set such as file access duration, sharing methods, and permissions concerning who can share files.
Auditing and reporting features are required, including detailed logs that track file transfers, sender and recipient information, download activity, and related metadata. The system should support file type restrictions to enhance security. Integration with the existing Microsoft O365 tenant is mandatory, leveraging O365's native authentication and single sign-on, and referencing existing O365 user accounts without creating or managing separate user accounts beyond O365.
The solution may be provided as either an on-premises deployment or a SaaS-hosted model, with a preference given to SaaS options. Licensing based on user count is discouraged, and a consumption- or pay-per-use billing model is favored.
