The agency is seeking a vendor to provide secure file transfer software and technical support to facilitate secure file sharing, with seamless integration into the existing messaging infrastructure. The ideal solution must protect valuable data both at rest and in transit, leveraging strong encryption, access control, and auditing features in compliance with Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS).
Authorized resellers of Kiteworks products are encouraged to participate in this limited competition for Secure File Transfers Hosted user licenses. The solution must provide advanced governance, 1500 GB of storage, 3000 GB of bandwidth, and robust maintenance services for the authority's current secure file transfer environment. Key features should include a secure portal for file sharing over one base year (with three option years), patches and upgrades at no additional cost, 24/7/365 support (including federal holidays), secure links, secure transmission, recipient tracking, multi-level authentication and access control, automatic link expiration, and storage lifecycle management.
Vendors are required to deliver all necessary licenses, upgrades, patches, as well as break-fix services and patch updates. The contract period is set for one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by April 14, 2026.
