An agency in New York is seeking a vendor to provide a web-based tool designed for searching and managing records of second-hand property from pawn shops and online marketplaces. The application or website must enable access to records from pawn shops and businesses selling second-hand property, with the capability to accommodate up to 200 users.
Key features required include allowing pawn shops to enter information for pawned property across the nation, and enabling users to search for all transactions within the system. The tool must also support searching transactions on online marketplaces, specifically including platforms such as eBay and OfferUp. Users should be able to save search criteria to an 'items of interest' list, and the system should have functionality to flag repeat transactions, known offenders, and specific items of interest.
The contract period for this project will be five years. Vendors are requested to submit any questions regarding the project by December 12, 2025.
