The agency is seeking a vendor to provide inflatables and attractions services for a variety of seasonal community events throughout 2026 in Ohio. The contractor will be responsible for supplying inflatable games, entertainment experiences, activities, and other attractions suited for family-friendly gatherings.
Key annual events include celebrations welcoming spring with activities such as touch-a-truck, fishing derby, inflatables, arts and crafts, stunt dog shows, as well as additional entertainment as required for both scheduled and unscheduled events. For fall festivities, the agency requires support for events featuring hayrides, caramel apples, pumpkin decorating, corn pit play, petting zoos, inflatables, and live music.
The vendor should also be prepared to accommodate additional needs and unplanned events that may arise throughout the year.
